These integrate directly with your CRM to keep your list healthy, protect your sender reputation, and ensure your emails reach real people who engage.

ListDefender integrates directly with your email marketing system and automatically cleans your list with regular smart scans. It catches bad or non-existent addresses before they cause problems, protecting your sender reputation and inbox placement without manual effort.

ListDefender scans perform a series of tests, including:

• Domain and MX record verification
• SMTP verification
• Undeliverable address check
• Disposable address check
• Vulgar/Inappropriate content check
• Suspicious content check
• Role-based address check
• Tag address check
• Free/Business address check
• Catch-all domain check

Most of these options are configurable to give you flexibility in how to handle the various scenarios. Every contact is automatically tagged in your CRM based on their status, making it easy to segment and manage your list.

FormDefender blocks bots, fake signups, and junk submissions in real-time before they ever hit your CRM. It catches typos, undeliverable address and disposable emails, ensuring your list grows only with genuine subscribers who can actually buy from you. Our sophisticated detection includes behavior analysis and device fingerprinting to stop even the most advanced bots. Attacks by sophisticated bots that manage to evade FormDefender's protections, can be addressed with FormDefender's Enhanced Mode. When implemented, Enhanced Mode validates that new contacts have been appropriately vetted before receiving emails. It can even quickly delete contacts that shouldn't have been created.

Unless you've explicitly configured FormDefender to delete contacts, ListDefender will not delete contacts from your CRM. Instead, we tag contacts based on their validation status. ListDefender provides three tags that tell you which contacts are:

• Green - Safe to email
• Yellow - Re-engage
• Red - Do not email

ListDefender offers a number of other optional tags too. You can use these tags to suppress certain contacts from campaigns or prune contacts from your system. This gives you complete control to decide what to do with your list.

When FormDefender blocks a bot or invalid submission, it prevents the contact from entering your CRM entirely. More sophisticated bots might be able to bypass FormDefender's controls, and this situation can be handled with FormDefender's Enhanced Protection mode, included at no extra cost. You'll be able to see all blocked submissions in your ListDefender dashboard, including why they were blocked, so you have full visibility and can review them if needed.

ListDefender can identify and flags several types of problematic email addresses including: invalid or non-existent addresses, disposable/temporary addresses, offensive and suspicious addresses, spam traps, role-based emails (like info@, support@), catch-all domains, and addresses with typos or formatting issues. You choose which types to block or flag based on your needs.

FormDefender works with most web forms, regardless of which form builder you use. Whether you're using Keap forms, HighLevel forms, ActiveCampaign forms, WordPress forms, or custom HTML forms, FormDefender can protect them.
